Account and registration
Opening a 7vip account takes about five minutes. First, visit our registration page and enter your email address, choose a password, and confirm your mobile phone number. Next, we ask for your legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. Once you submit that information, your account is active and you can deposit money. However, before you can withdraw, we must verify your identity. This step is called KYC (know-your-customer). You will upload a copy of your national ID card and provide proof of your address—usually a recent utility bill or bank statement. Verification typically completes within one business day. After that, your account is fully activated and you can withdraw your winnings. We perform these checks to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations in your jurisdiction.
No. Each person may hold only one 7vip account. If we detect that you have created multiple accounts using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address, we will close all of them and forfeit any balance. This rule helps us prevent fraud and money laundering. If you have lost access to an old account and think it may still be open, contact our support team before opening a new one; they can help you recover the original account or confirm its closure. Using multiple accounts is also against the terms and conditions and may result in permanent suspension.
If you cannot log in, or if you see activity you do not recognize, act immediately. First, try to reset your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions; follow that link to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password right away and then enable two-factor authentication (available in your Account Settings). Two-factor authentication requires you to enter a code from your phone every time you log in from a new device. If you see unauthorized transactions, report them to our support team by email or live chat with as much detail as you can—the date, amount, and what game or market you were using. We will investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, may reverse the transaction and freeze the account while we review it.
We offer live chat and email support. For the fastest response, use live chat—click the chat icon on any 7vip page and describe your issue. Our team monitors chat during business hours and typically replies within a few minutes. If you prefer email, send your question to [email protected] and include as much context as possible: your account email, the date and time of the issue, and any error messages you saw. Email replies usually arrive within one business day. For account-specific issues, we may ask you to verify your identity by answering security questions or uploading a photo of your ID. Payments and transactions
We do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. The money you send to 7vip arrives in your account balance, and the money you withdraw from 7vip goes straight to your bank or e-wallet with no deduction. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own fee—for example, some banks charge a small amount for international transfers, though our deposits are domestic in Indonesia and typically have no bank fee. If you are unsure whether your bank will charge a fee, contact your bank directly. Deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet usually arrive within minutes. Withdrawals are reviewed for fraud prevention and typically complete within one to three business days, depending on the time of day and your bank's processing hours.
Yes. We accept bank transfers from all four major Indonesian banks: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. To deposit via bank transfer, go to your 7vip Cashier, select "Bank Transfer," and choose your bank. We will provide you with our account number and a unique reference code. Enter that reference code in the memo field when you make the transfer from your bank app or ATM. Your deposit arrives in our account, we match it to your reference code, and your 7vip balance updates automatically. This usually takes between fifteen minutes and one hour, though it may be slower outside of banking hours or on weekends. If your transfer does not appear after two hours, contact support with your bank's confirmation number and we will trace it. Bank transfers are secure and do not require you to share your banking password with us—you always log in to your own bank to authorize the payment.
Free bets and free spins are promotional credits that 7vip may offer to new members or during special promotional periods. A free bet is a credit you can use to place a wager on football, esports, or other markets without using your own money. Free spins are credits you can use to spin a slot game like Sweet Bonanza or Gates of Olympus at no cost. These credits appear in your account under a "Promotions" or "Free Credits" section. Each promotion has terms—for example, you may need to wager the free bet a certain number of times before you can withdraw any winnings, or the free spins may be locked to one specific game. Read the terms carefully before you use the credit. Promotions are not guaranteed and may not be available to all users or in all jurisdictions. Game rules and markets
We offer markets on major football tournaments worldwide. Our main focus is on Indonesian domestic leagues—Liga 1 is available year-round. We also cover international tournaments including Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Piala Asia, and the UEFA Champions League. Additional leagues and cup competitions become available depending on the season. During major tournaments like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays, when many leagues hold special matches, we expand our market coverage. Each match listing shows the teams, kickoff time (in your local timezone), and available bet types—such as match winner, over/under goals, both teams to score, and handicap bets. You can browse the full schedule on the Sports or Football tab of your 7vip dashboard. Markets close a few minutes before kickoff to prevent late betting on live information.
The most common football bet types are: Match Winner (which team will win or if it will be a draw), Over/Under (total goals will be more or fewer than a set number), Both Teams to Score (yes or no), First Goal Scorer (which player will score first), and Handicap (one team is given a virtual goal advantage or disadvantage to even the odds). Parlay or Accumulator bets combine multiple matches into one ticket—if all selections win, your payout is much higher, but if any one loses, the entire ticket loses. Live betting is available once a match has started, with odds and bet types updating in real time as the game unfolds. Each match page shows all available bet types, the odds for each selection, and your potential payout if you win. Click a selection to add it to your bet slip.
Live-dealer tables are broadcast in real time from a professional studio. A real dealer sits at a table and deals cards or spins a roulette wheel, and you play against them and other players via a video feed. Games include blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and Dragon Tiger. You place your bet on the screen, and the dealer executes the action on camera. These games feel like a physical casino and allow you to interact with the dealer via live chat. Automated slot games, by contrast, are computer-generated. You spin virtual reels, and the outcome is determined by a random number generator. Games include Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. Slots are faster-paced and do not require a dealer. RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that shows, over a very large number of spins or hands, what portion of all money wagered on a game is expected to be paid back to players as winnings. For example, a game with will, on average, return 96 cents for every dollar wagered over millions of plays. This does not mean you personally will win non-specific info on your session—individual results vary widely. Each slot game and live table game on 7vip has its own RTP, set by the game provider. Security and account care
We encrypt all data sent between your device and our servers using TLS (Transport Layer Security), the same standard used by banks. Your password is hashed—we store a mathematical fingerprint of it, not the password itself—so even our staff cannot see it. Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors, which means they meet strict security standards for handling card and bank data. We do not store your full bank account number or card number on our servers; we store a tokenized reference that only our payment processor can decode. Additionally, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which adds a second layer of protection: after you enter your password, you must enter a unique code sent to your phone before you can log in. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone has your password.
We collect your name, date of birth, email, phone number, residential address, and identity document number for account verification and legal compliance. We also collect information about your gaming activity—bets placed, withdrawals, deposits—to detect fraud and meet anti-money-laundering regulations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share it with payment processors, fraud-detection services, and regulatory authorities if required by law. Your data is stored on secure servers in encrypted form. You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold on you, and you can ask us to delete data that is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention requirements. Users are responsible for verifying that access to and use of 7vip comply with their own jurisdiction's regulations. We cannot provide legal advice on this matter. When you create an account, you confirm that you are accessing 7vip from a location where it is lawful for you to do so. On the 7vip login page, click "Forgot password?" You will be prompted to enter your email address. We will send you a password-reset link to that email. Click the link, and you will be taken to a page where you can create a new password. Choose something strong—at least twelve characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using words from your name, email, or birth date. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder, or contact support. For security reasons, we will not tell you your old password or reset it for you via chat; you must reset it yourself using the email link. If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, contact support and we will help you update it after you verify your identity.
You can request account closure at any time by logging into your account, going to Settings, and selecting "Close Account." Before you close, withdraw any remaining balance or forfeit it. Once you confirm closure, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in or place new bets. Your data will be retained for the period required by law (usually five to seven years for financial records) and then securely deleted. If you change your mind and want to reopen an account, contact support—we may be able to restore it if it has been a short time, but this is not guaranteed.
